From long-awaited gatherings to a special person’s birthday or office anniversaries — we offer a range of delectable, crowd-pleasing Japanese desserts and pastries to make your event a memorable one.

Every one of our bakes is handmade daily by our in-house pastry chefs. Using the freshest ingredients, we combine local flavours with Japanese baking techniques for a one-of-a-kind taste — like our bestselling fragrant Japanese pandan chiffon cakes and pandan rolls. Moist, fluffy and infused with fresh cream and gooey gula melaka jelly cubes, you must try it to believe it! If you have a sweet tooth and are looking for a delicious dessert to try, Dulcet & Studio pandan chiffon cake might be a great choice. Quoted as 'one of the Best Pandan Chiffon in Singapore' by many customers, it's definitely worth a taste!

Enjoy our bakes at our inviting self-service cafe at Connection One or Takashimaya. Our menu features seasonal cakes and pastries, so visit often to see what’s new! We also offer whole cake catering for special events and islandwide delivery so you can satisfy your cravings for our bakes anytime.

Testimonials

To sample a unique take on the dessert, pay a visit to Dulcet & Studio, where you’ll find its highly creative rendition of a Pandan Roll. Other than the usual chiffon cake and soft cream, you’ll be greeted by small cubes of gula melaka jelly that have been incorporated into the filling, plus a generous amount of desiccated coconut. The jelly provides a pleasant textural contrast, and is definitely worth a try. The bakery also does seasonal varieties, with previous offerings including a Matcha Roll and a Sakura Roll.
